Refund Policy:
Since 1936, we have satisfied the needs of thousands of customers each year for reliable hotel market information. We go to great lengths to ensure that each customer receives the document that suits their needs by providing full descriptions, publication flyers, and sample reports. But occasionally, a customer determines that one of our publications does not satisfy their needs. If you have any questions please be careful when selecting report(s) or call to clarify the product before placing your order. And, because of the nature of the data we sell, refunds are not possible once a publication has been purchased, especially electronically. Our multi-report subscription refund policy is the price paid for the subscription minus the used prorated portion minus 20%.
